I have attended group classes on and off with Orinoco Fitness for years and have always loved them. This winter I began doing private yoga classes and my only regret is not starting sooner. Since I have started the yoga sessions not only does my body feel better (lighter, more flexible, I'm breathing better), but I am less stressed and my overall demeanor is happier. I am so grateful for Ana and Orinoco Fitness!

I had been wanting to try a Barre class for some time, but due to being extremely intimidated by the stock photos of the extremely fit women in generic Barre classes, I always found an excuse not to go.
After staring at my veggie food baby that had been growing over the winter, I finally decided that it was time to take a chance and face my fears. I scoped out Yelp and came across Orinoco. They have the best introductory prices in the area (first class) and I could actually afford their single class fees ($16/class) and multiple class packages without having to sell a kidney ($78/6 Barre classes

Absolutely positively love this studio. I've recently become addicted to Zumba and a good friend of mine recommended their classes to me. Perfect size studio that gives you room to move and enjoy yourself. The instructors are absolutely amazing and really challenge me with their choreography. The owner Ana...such an absolute sweetheart. Everyone knows each other and are so friendly. Very much feels like one big family there. I seriously travel 30 minutes just to attend their Saturday Zumba class. So well worth it. And as an add on, the studio holds programs from time to time focusing on

I was looking for a non intimidating place to workout and have fun at the same time. I love to dance so I decided to try Zumba classes at Orinoco. Best decision ever! Also, there are no hidden fees and gimmicks like other fitness facilities.
Love this place! I started going for Zumba but have added Barre to my workouts. The place is welcoming, the instructors are very friendly and helpful!
Definitely 5+++ stars.

My friend and I decided to check out Orinoco fitness today. We stopped in for their morning barre class. The studio is clean and welcoming; the owner is friendly and knowledgeable; the instructor is amazing! The barre class was intense (the instructor encouraged us to give it our all but take breaks as needed). The course worked our entire bodies. We did exercises with the ball and with the bar. Before the class started the instructor asked if we were comfortable with her correcting us! We were and she helped us achieve better form :).
Although I was exhausted by the end of class, I would definitely

I took my first Zumba class at Orinocco Fitness and loved it! Since moving from Chicago, I'd been looking for a place to take exercise classes. I love that Orinoco's pricing is super reasonable, and you don't have to, like, get a membership to take classes. The owner and instructor, Ana, was very nice and made me feel welcome right away. She lead a great class, too. I'll definitely be back.

I followed an instructor to Orinoco for the Sat. morning Pilates class.
The studio is brand new, top notch. Right when you walk in it feels zen! Heather's pilates class was hard work and left me sore! I like the concept of this fitness studio - pay as you go and generous specials. I am glad to support a local business like this!
