Rene Walker-Sanchez is one of the most conniving and lazy real estate agents I've ever been forced to work with. I rented an apt from landlords who she represented and moved out and into their other property when my lease was up. New property had a gas leak and the landlords didn't want to fix it. Moved out and got refunded rent and deposit for the second property. It's now been 32 days and the landlords (thanks to Rene's advice) are charging myself and my boyfriend for damage to our apt. The deposit was $1000 and these idiots think we owe them $500 extra due to "damages". The reason I include
