Worst experience ever. I was promised tax preparation in a timely manner, weeks, signed power of attorney documents and I promptly supplied them additional information upon request. 6 months later I couldn't get anyone to return my calls or get a reply after a request for an update via email. Once I finally got a hold of one of the owners on the phone was rudely told that "I wasn't a priority" and "he would get to my taxes once he got some rest after tax season". I picked up my documents and will find another. Poor customer service. If I ran a consulting business like these fools do I wouldn't
