Since joining Plotkin, Vincent & Jaffe, LLC in 2011, Mark E. Jaffe has devoted his practice to representing seriously injured plaintiffs in complicated cases. He and his partners represented the mother of a child who died of an infection contracted at a Louisiana hospital due to a fungal outbreak in the facility.
A founding member of Plotkin, Vincent & Jaffe, L.L.C., Rodney P. Vincent received his J.D. from Louisiana State University School of Law in 1975. After graduation, Mr. Vincent served as a law clerk for the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, State of Louisiana.
Mr. Vincent is admitted to practice law in Louisiana, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.Memberships include the Louisiana State Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
