Robert Reed Associates, Inc. is a full-service residential design and building firm dedicated to providing outstanding client service and achieving excellence in residential design and construction. Our offices are located in York Harbor, Maine. We work on a wide variety of residential projects from the north shore of Massachusetts to coastal southern Maine.
Robert Reed Associates' residential design/build approach has many advantages over the traditional architect, general contractor relationship. We work together with our clients to form a strong bond of trust and open communication from the initial design meeting to the completion of the project. We have one line of communication throughout the project from the design concept to construction completion.
After extensive blasting of ledge on this tear-down/rebuild, we set this gambrel shingle style house further back on the lot for more privacy. The cathedral ceiling in the foyer opens views to a custom oak stairwell. The kitchen, living, and dining room have an open floor plan with custom built decorative beams.
We fully renovated the outside of this twenty five year old house and parts of the interior. We changed the style and sizes of the windows and doors and created a more defined front entry way. The clapboard siding was replaced with cedar shakes and created a new blue stone patio in front of the house.
