We booked with Mariam and we are so glad we did! She did our engagement photos and wedding photos, and they are so beautiful and really will be something we treasure forever. Mariam made us feel comfortable (neither of us feel natural in front of a camera) and always was giving us direction on what would look best. She also took into consideration any requests we had for poses and shots. The turn around time was insanely fast and the photos are gorgeous. Mariam has such a talent, and we are so happy she shared her talent with us!

Mariam was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I met her with our three small children. With skipped naps and cranky littles, I was not feeling very optimistic about family photos. Mariam was so gracious, warm and fun that the kids ending up having a great time. In fact, we took the photos on the Nelson Atkins lawn and the next time we visited the spot, my oldest said “I wish Ms Mariam was here again :).” The images she was able to capture were stunning and make me smile every time I look at them. I wish I could bottle up this age with my children because it is flying by so quickly

I knew I wanted a bright, vibrant aesthetic for our wedding photos and immediately fell in love with Mariam’s work after stumbling across her on The Knot. Mariam is hands down the best photographer you will ever find! She is easy to get along with which makes her such blast to work with. She’s funny, patient, and really cares about being able to deliver her clients a beautiful wedding gallery. She’s so flexible; our traditional wedding ceremony did not go as scheduled and was a bit delayed, but she worked through it and stuck around for the entire event (from 8am-3pm). Mariam's work is absolutely stunning! We recently did our engagement session and the pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined. She instantly made my fiancé and I feel comfortable being ourselves which in turn made for great photos. We also have 4 children that we wanted to include in our engagement photos and she made them feel very included. The turn around on receiving our photos were very fast as well.
