The service was great, the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The food is mediocre. The Mac and cheese was so oily, it was hardly edible.

Another amazing experience! The entire staff is professional, courteous and always making sure the customers are very well taken off. Keino the manager had a great attitude, Samantha and Mark the bartenders were awesome, the drinks were phenomenal, Charles the head chef made the mouth melt in your mouth. The servers Quintero, Cresswood, Richard, all did and do a remarkable job!

Loved, loved, loved this place! The ambiance is so lovely located inside the Hollywood Margaritaville Hotel. My server Shy was amazing and attentive to all my requests and questions on the menu items. She recommended the signature JWB Surf & Turf and I definitely recommend if your a Surf & Turf fan, it was cooked to perfection with a signature sauce. The Asst. Director of F&B, Hallie was in the restaurant while I was dining and was so pleasant checking in on the service on me and the other guest in the restaurant. Arriving at the Margaritaville hotel & resort in Hollywood Beach you would expect great things abound inside. The exterior grounds, the grand entrance to the resort, the lounge area across from the front desk & all the shops were perfectly planned out to give vacationers a sense of relaxation. Then you enter the JWB Steakhouse & say to yourself "What happened here?"

Great ambiance, service, food and drinks! We went for a girls night and everything was phenomenal! I had the lobster bisque and filet mignon and both were perfect! And I loved the roasted garlic! We did the sides for the table and the Mac and cheese and al gratin potatoes were a hit! My girlfriends had dirty vodka martinis that they said were THE best! Also they said the espresso martinis were great! Another thing we noticed was that they rarely let our water glasses get even close to empty; It was actually a nice touch!

This was our favorite meal while visiting Hollywood Florida. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient. Hubby had the Steak Au Poivre and he said it was the best he ever had. Highly enjoyable. But, I’m a diabetic and needed orange juice quick. The bartender said I may only have one. Because it’s fresh squeezed. In a diabetic coma I agreed. Is it really worth the negative publicity to rob my vacation memory by telling me only one glass of Allowed? I have cash. I even told them I was diabetic. No one cares. Tacky.
Sitting at the bar. I know we didn’t have reservations. But we’d like more drinks maybe some dessert and No one has come to check on us. Ouch.

Would be zero stars if possible started with seating us in front of the kitchen when we ordered we asked for my salad to come with my husbands steak within minutes of placing order a Cesar salad appeared on the counter in front of kitchen we proceeded to watch the salad sit for no less then 40 min before it was then moved under a heat lamp we then watched it be brought to our table the salad sat for over 40 minutes while countless employees leaned over it in addition we watched an employee reach over food sitting under heat lamp and his entire sleeve dragged through the food when I asked for a

By far one of the best steak house restaurants I've ever been to. Service was superb and the food...words can't even Express how delicious it was! I definitely recommend. To start the crab cakes and slaw...my hubby had halibut and I had surf and turf...

So this is my take away...
Too expensive. The total bill was $210 not including the tip.

Great addition to Hollywood beach. Choices are always a good idea. We had a very nice dinner, good steak house and seafood choices are offered. Venue is excellent, service is personal and professional. We made reservation for dinner mentioned to waiter that it was a birthday and when dessert arrived we had a birthday treat, so personal and very impromptu.

Review update since it has found it's proper home as a 5 star restaurant! We have eaten here several times over the years but it wasn't until last night's visit that was the tipping point.

Hubby brought me here for a surprise Happy birthday- date night. We love the venue and it is close to our home. Once we arrived the hostess promptly greeted us, acknowledging my husband's reservation and we are lead to our table. The server was immediately there to wish me a Happy birthday! Overpriced because of the Jimmy Buffet name. The food was good but not excellent and was over-priced. 3 of us went to dinner last night and, with only 1 glass of wine and 1 bowl of soup for an appetizer, the bill was $304.00. The décor didn't justify the price and the wait staff were of "Red Lobster" quality. We had a good time but I won't eat there again.

My family had the opportunity to try out this place during our recent trip to Miami. After taking a long walk at the Hollywood boardwalk, we were excited to find this high end steak and seafood place. The place was beautifully decorated, but sadly, the food was not lived up to the expectation. One word could summarize my entire family meal - SALTY! Every dish was overly salted, from the shrimp cocktail to the 14 oz Filet steak. The crab cakes were also salty and could not really taste the actual crab meat. I'm impressed with Jimmy B's Hollywood steakhouse. The food and service were outstanding on this recent visit. Initially they tried seating us in the "back room" by people wearing bathing suits at 7pm, but I asked to be moved to the main area (by the kitchen) and they did (much better ambiance IMO when dropping hundred$). Our server (Stacie) had a great sense of humor and was a total pro. We enjoyed sushi, salads, bone-in filet, twin lob tails, and surf & turf, along with Brussels sprouts, mac n cheese, and au gratin potatoes. Would definitely return on a future vacation.

Great dinner. Appetizers were excellent we ordered a bunch for the table. I had the fillet and crab legs and both were excellent. The only thing lacking was the dessert menu seemed lackluster. The best part was our server Stacey. She was outstanding. Just on the ball laughing and having fun with our group of 8. Would definitely come back.

Totally amazing and wonderful experience ! The food is absolutely the best ! Environment is exactly like a Five Star should be !

Ate here with friends and the food was amazing. Everything we had was flavorful, well-cooked, and just as we requested.

Our server was friendly and made great recommendations. The atmosphere is nice, not too loud, not too quiet. Great for birthday dinners or small intimate couple dinner date!

Don't you hate it when more than half of the restaurant is empty, it's 5:30pm and you get turned away because you don't have a reservation? Well, it happened to us today 7/3/21.... We are paying $700 a night at Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood FL.... And they push away a paying customer who is at their door ready to eat! So more than half of the restaurant is empty, waiters don't have enough to do they are all standing in corner by the bar! The host insists the reservations are important, but everyone knows that a % of customers won't make it or have the decency

JWB Prime is a terrific restaurant. Everything is great here from the friendly service to the beautiful restaurant set up to the awesome food.

I splurged and had the lobster with brown butter and it was spectacular. Thumbs up all around. I just loved this place in Hollywood.

I was impressed with the food at JWB Prime which is located in the Margaritaville in Hollywood Beach, FL. The bone-in ribeye was the best steak I ever had and the service was great. The menu is pricey but I believe I got what I paid for.

Rude host. We came at 6 it wasn't busy and he looked at my baby and rolled his eyes. Sat us away from the main dining area. My 5 month old has likely dined in more high end restaurants then you sir.

Got a $75 steak that was inedible. No flavor, cooked all wrong, just plain bad. My dog enjoyed it however. The cocktails were overpriced and not anything special at all. We did both enjoy the French onion soup. Side of mashed potatoes for $12 was bland and very disappointing.

There's so many good places to get a steak in the area. This one is a hard pass. If I knew it was a jimmy buffet

Excellent food, amazing service. Husband had ribeye and lobster tail and was very pleased. We also took home dessert, key lime pie and chocolate cake. Yum

I love this place. I come and sit at the bar and get the best service from Carla, Manny, & Matthew. All three of them are so attentive and always focused on their customers experience. They are the reason I will continue to come here!

Food and service were good. For appetizers, we ordered oysters, calamari plate, turf and serf and Au Gratin potatoes. Everything was tasty. I ordered a vodka martini and it was good too. But the ambiance of this place and some attention to details need improvement. Their prices on everything could be compared to some of the best restaurants in town with what our group didn't agree.

The food was great. The waitress was great. The drinks were STRONG! The only reason I can't say I has an all around pleasurable experience was because of the host. And unfortunately the host is the first person to greet you at the restaurant so if that initial experience is bad, it leaves a sour taste for the rest of the night.

A bit more detail is needed. We had driven all the way from Oklahoma to Fort Lauderdale, FL to celebrate our anniversary. Hurricane Eta also decided to visit as well so our trip ended up to be wetter than expected. With that being said, we braved the weather anyways
