Pre-planning your cemetery arrangements is one of the most important things you can do. Pre-planning gives you the opportunity to plan every detail of your cemetery arrangements ahead of time. By recording your wishes ahead of time, you will release your family from the burden of planning your arrangements during a very emotional time.
When a death occurs, most people don't know what to do or who to turn to. For those left behind, planning final arrangements and locating documents at the time of loss is extremely difficult. When you organize your important documents in advance, as well as plan your cemetery arrangements, your family will be spared difficult decisions during an already emotional and difficult time.

Please keep up the cemetery, this is not cool! The upkeep of this cemetery is poor! While visiting my mom's grave on Christmas a burial casket is just left out in the open. I was very disturbed and if I had an input on where to bury a loved one it would not be here! This is not the first time noticing things, just my first time posting.

Vincent Chin is buried here at the front of section 42 (I have included a map for anyone who is trying to find his grave.). Look for the large bush, his family tombstone with his mother and father are to the right of the bush, and Vincent is immediately behind them. He will never be forgotten and his impact on the Asian American community will live on forever.

My family has several plots and a few crypts here. Personnel is not very reliable. Got incorrect info when buying crypts with no resolution. Promised call-backs are never done. Corporate office is not very empathetic in re: to incorrect info by a former employee. Advise you to confirm/clarify ALL information on contracts.

My family's site has been neglected, bushes untrimmed, tree growing through middle of bush and obscured most of the view of the memorial stone, markers getting covered with grass. Have visited the office, called on the phone, emailed letters starting May 2019. Promises have been made by Forest Lawn but as of February 19, 2020, nothing has been resolved.
March 2020 update: Received a call from Forest Lawn stating a work order has been placed to perform maintenance. I've upgraded the rating from one to two stars and will adjust rating depending on outcome.

This cemetery does not even deserve the prestige of one-star. I am extremely saddened that my poor grandpa is now buried in this heartless piece of land, ran by the most shameless, immoral, arrogant people.
DO NOT COME HERE. Please, save yourself from heartache and misery and learn from my families experience with this despicable place.
Our group showed up to my grandpa’s graveside service, which was scheduled for 1:00 pm. When we walked up to the burial site, it was a truly horrendous view. His grave was carelessly open, the vault set askew above the ground, and there were four chairs haphazardly

Francesco was extremely helpful. I was looking for my great-grandparents' grave markers and I doubt anyone has looked at them in 50 years. He went out of his way to help me. Not only did he drive out to the grave locations with me, Francesco got on his hands and knees and helped me dig up the sod to find their markers. Fantastic customer service! He said they are also going to raise my relatives' grave markers so they are easier to find in the future. Excellent service.

I am writing because I firmly believe that excellent customer service should never go unacknowledged. On the 25th of this month I was fortunate to have been assisted by Michelle Walker. She spent a great deal of time with me reviewing and explaining numerous documents. Despite my many questions, she maintained the highest level of patience and professionalism throughout our meeting.
