Emergency Dental is a private dental office set up for the immediate care of toothaches, facial swelling, extractions, broken dentures, lost fillings and crowns, and every other imaginable dental problem. Same day appointments are available Tuesday through Thursday, but it's best to call early to get an appointment for the same day.
Many of our patients do not have a regular dentist. Frequently, while caring for your emergency needs, we discover other 'interesting things' that will soon need attention. If you don't have a regular dentist and you wish to continue with dental care in our office, Megan and I will be happy to help you out.

Services
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.
While at our office, we make sure that you receive the highest level of service and ensure that our dental work is of the highest quality. To ensure that you maintain great oral health, this level of quality needs to extend into your personal oral hygiene routine. We can help you establish a dental hygiene routine that will keep your teeth healthy and white.
Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.
Keeping our teeth their whitest is a lot harder than it sounds. With all the coffee, wine, smoking and other foods that have the ability to stain our teeth on a daily basis, even proper maintenance sometimes leaves them a little lackluster. Teeth whitening is an excellent way to restore the natural color of your teeth or even make them whiter than your natural color if you would like.
Inlays and onlays are often referred to as partial crowns. They use the existing tooth as a base and fit the inlay or onlay onto the tooth. This is done to strengthen the tooth, restore its shape, and prevent further damage. An inlay is done when there is no damage to the cusps of the tooth and the inlay can be placed right on the tooth.

Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had! Fast, friendly, and helpful. Very down to earth and full of knowledge. He made the visit relaxing and was very detailed in the options for the current problem tooth plus options for future fixes. I had an emergency surgical extraction and had no pain the next day, with no pain medication. In fact, I went to work less than 2 hours after the extraction. I plan to only go to Dr. Lyon and recommend him to anyone needing mouth work done.

Dr Lyon got me in the chair within a half hour for an emergency extraction when nobody could see me for over a week. The procedure went as expected and the Dr kept me calm and comfortable and never made judgement for my neglect. He gave me some great advice about going forward on my physical and dental health as well as imparted some wisdom on the general path to leading a better more productive life. I am grateful for his compassionate care and blessed to have been on the receiving end of it.
Thank you, Doctor Lyon

Dr Lyons is a competent dentist.-- But his back office is a disaster. Went to him in April 2013 and paperwork was submitted to my insurance company. Now almost 2 years later, received a call from a credit agency, saying I owed 50.00- I never received any written notice or a call from his office about this balance. Certainly a good dentist but a disorganized billing office.-- So if you care about your credit, don't use.
