Every patient is different. Each person who comes to us has different concerns, a unique history and individual health goals. When you are under my care, you will not receive the same treatment as another person. You will find that your needs change from visit to visit. On one occasion you may want to talk about stress at home or at work and explore how this underlying tension affects how you feel and function.

You might want me to review lab tests or radiology results with you. We may need to spend extra time together in the office planning nutritional changes, use of supplements or reviewing therapeutic exercises. On your initial visit to our office, we set aside forty-five minutes for you to tell us what brings you to our office and to share your health goals.
Services
I've been a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic for over thirty years. Over time, my work has evolved. I no longer use physical therapy equipment or traditional chiropractic adjusting techniques. I now work primarily with my hands and my heart. I believe that the mind and body are one. My undergraduate degree is in Psychology.
Richard Lawless shares our office space and our commitment to achieving true health; a balance of mind/body spirit. Being a long time friend and patient of Dr. Susan Corwith, it is really her talents and gifts as a chiropractor that never fail to amaze me! Be it a crick or a long-term problem, she tackles it with all the aplomb necessary to get the best results for the patient.
All of our patients /clients pay us for their treatments at the time of the office visit. We are not participating providers with any insurance company. If you have out-of-network chiropractic coverage, we can provide you with billing/payment information for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Chiropractors understand that one of the main causes of pain and disease is the misalignment and abnormal motion of the vertebrae in the spinal column called a subluxation. Chiropractic works by removing these subluxations in the spine, thereby relieving pressure and irritation on the nerves, restoring joint mobility, and returning the body back to a state of normal function.
Chiropractic doctors practice natural, drugless, non-invasive health care and rely on the body's ability to self-heal. Sounds ideal, but just how does it work? Like other health-care providers, we follow a standard routine to gain information about the patient. We consult, review the case history, conduct a physical examination, and we may request laboratory analyses and/or x-rays.

Dr. Sue isn't like any other chiropractor. She is far less concerned about cracking and popping and getting you in and out than anyone I've been to. She tries to truly understand the way you move and strain your body on a daily basis, and can pinpoint it as she adjusts you back to normal. After I leave her office, I have to adjust my rearview mirror because I'm sitting up straight and perfectly aligned. I even breathe better. She's the best there is.
