Steve Dougherty, CPA, MS-Tax earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from San Diego State University, San Diego in 1983 and earned his Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate License in 1986. He received his Master's Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University, San Francisco in 1997.
