Mary Jane is the owner of WurkHub Digital Marketing. She has over 25 years of marketing and events experience. In 2015 she rebranded her company as WurkHub to reflex the growing online marketing needs of businesses big and small. She now specializes in website development, branding, logo design, and digital advertising.

As founder of the Social Media Club of Milwaukee, she has expertise in all things social. Mary Jane holds an Associate Degree in Commercial Art and Advertising from MATC. She serves on the Information Technology Board in the City of Waukesha and is a recipient of the Waukesha Community Building Award for 2017.

Branding is more than simply having a memorable logo or tagline. It's much more than the product or service that you offer. A brand is a feeling of being mutually connected to something greater - something meaningful. Building positive communication between you and your followers is the way to build your brand.
When a visitor reaches your site, they should know they are in the right place and know exactly what you want them to do. We call this "user experience" or "UX." A strategic layout will allow you to direct the visitor to the pages and information they are looking for and the places you wish them to find.
Your audience is on Social Media and our job is to help your company reach and enlighten them about your products and services. Campaigns are a specific, defined series of activities used to market a product or service, in this case through social media channels. Focused campaigns with identifiable calls to actions linked to your website, articles, and pages is what works best.
Regardless of the way you choose to let people know about your business, it is important to get the word out about your products and services.

The Small Business Association (SBA) states: "As a general rule, small businesses with revenues less than $5 million should allocate 7-8 percent of their revenues to marketing" and "during the early brand-building years retail businesses spend much more than other businesses on marketing - up to 20 percent of sales".The most important first step is to create a strategy, then a budget.
Events are marketing too, so make sure to figure them into your yearly budget. People rarely do event marketing well. But if you do, the rewards are great. Take the haunted house industry; in 5 weeks, many organizers bring in enough money to live on for a year. What a concept! Even if it is not your event, your company can take advantage of a gathering, like a parade, downtown sidewalk sales, or festivals.

We had placed an order from Mary Jane in 2019, expecting our items that year. We never received the items. After several calls and messages to Mary Jane, she told us she would refund our money, as she had experienced personal and professional difficulties. It has now been over a year since our last discussion. No money refunded, no return calls or messages.
I would strongly recommend you choose a more responsive organization for your marketing needs.

WurkHub gets 1 star because you can't give any less. Owner is a fraud. She took our money, provided no work, and now won't answer calls, return emails or voice mails. Very disappointed that I let her take advantage of our company. Honestly, who bills someone for service that they never intend to provide? She over promised and didn't deliver any results. Do your company a favor and find a professional, ethical company to handle your marketing needs because WurkHub won't deliver. Unfortunately, the only way to get their attention is to write a review. I'll be interested to see if she responds to

STAY AWAY!!! If I could leave a rating lower than 1, I would. Working with Mary Jane and WurkHub has been the worst business decision we've made in our 24 year. Quoted us $5500 for our website, took OVER 2 YEARS to develop it, and then requested an additional $6500 when it was completed. She is a terrible business owner, and would not recommend anyone work with her. OWNER IS A FRAUD

Repeated phone calls, texts, emails still have not been returned. We received a small claims judegment from Waukesha County court which she hasn't paid either. Complete fraud and con artist. Avoid this business at all costs.

Mary Jane's Wurkhub does a fantastic job branding businesses by increasing their social media presence and making sure they get articles and press releases in the local newspapers. Her company also provides a great service with updating websites to make sure they are mobile and user friendly.
