Michael Weinfeld is both president and a principal of Kittredge Properties. As such, he oversees the company's acquisition, financing, leasing and management activities. Prior to founding Kittredge Properties, Michael gained eight years of commercial real estate experience at Colliers Pinkard (now Cushman & Wakefield), a leading full-service commercial real estate firm within the mid-Atlantic region.
