Daniel had severely broken down teeth that could not be saved. He decided to have all his teeth removed and a full upper denture placed the same day (immediate denture). He whitened his lower teeth previously to match his new denture. Jerry hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. He suffered from rampant decay on almost every tooth.
Often, crowns protect a weak tooth (for instance, from decay) from breaking or to hold together parts of a cracked tooth. At your first visit, Dr. Reid will determine through an oral exam and x-rays if a crown is needed. If the tooth is severely decayed or there is a risk of infection or injury to the tooth's pulp (nerve), a root canal must first be performed prior to the crown preparation.

Let me start by saying Dr Reid gets 5 stars it's that nasty receptionist I am giving a one star. This place used to be very good and on top of things not sure if it's just the receptionist being difficult always but I think it's time I take my business elsewhere since shes is who I deal with more. I have been coming for 5 years. Usually a good experience tech are friendly and know their jobs One rotten egg can ruin a whole buisness but this is being allowed. This wasn't the case with the old receptionist she was on top of things knew her work and was always pleasant Too

I've had my fair share of awful dentist visits. I hadn't been to a dentist in almost four years due to my fear of leaving with shredded and bleeding gums. I knew it was time to get over that fear and finally have my teeth cleaned. And I am so glad that I did! Dr. Reid and her staff are so sweet. A friend of mine recommended Mills Park Dental. As soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly greeted. The wait time was quick. Dr. Reid is SO gentle and super sweet. Dr. Reid and her staff are amazing! Dr. Reid is very thorough and took the time to review and explain my xrays, as well as do a complete exam. I honestly feel like I am in very good hands and she really cares about my present and future dental health. The dental hygienist does the best cleaning and my teeth feel great after! Other places I have been have always left my teeth and gums aching and I am miserable. But I actually enjoyed having my teeth cleaned and the hygienist was so nice and funny! I am so happy I chose Dr. Reid as a dentist!

I love this office and their staff! Dr. Reid is amazing and spends a lot of time ensuring that you are comfortable and know the process of what she is doing. The location is super cute too--it's a house that has been coverted into an office so it has a warm, comforting feeling. I have been a patient for years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

I usually hate going to the dentist, so much anxiety. Although I was still super anxious about my two visits here, Dr. Reid did an amazing job of keeping me calm and over all just doing an amazing job. I’d say she went above and beyond and really took her time on the filling I needed to make sure it not only looked great but also felt great with my bite and surrounding teeth. I’ve never had a dentist care as much about not only getting the job done but getting it done correctly and making sure I was happy with the outcome. The customer service was outstanding! I made them aware that I have sensitive gums (as I've waited longer than I should have to get back to the dentist) and they were so gentle and making sure I was comfortable the entire process. As we know, waking up first thing in the morning with a 7:30 am apt is tiring for everybody... But they were all smiles! I am excited to have found a dentist that I am comfortable with and seems to legitimately care about her patients. I would recommend Dr. Reid and her staff 1000 times over again!

Soooo, just when you think Mills Park Dental couldn't get any worse...it does! Fast forward six months from my last review, I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning in May. I did not hear from them and sent them an email attempting to confirm; no response. I also called several times to try to confirm my appointment; no one ever answered. I left several voicemail message and Crystal finally telephoned me back on the day of the appointment. I was working and Crystal left a voicemail message indicating that I have a balance on my account and therefore, my appointment had been cancelled

Dr. Reid is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. While most other dental exams are associated with stress and anxiety, it's the opposite here. Both leading up to and during my appointments I feel relaxed knowing that Dr. Reid and the well trained staff are knowledgeable and skilled professionals.
Additionally, the office is very clean and well kept. They use top of the line equipment and technology to expedite your visit.

I can not tell you how happy I am with this Dental Office. It had been quite sometime since my last dentist visit. Lets just say that when it comes Dr.'s and Dentists, if I am not dying or in need of immediate attention, I am staying far away. I don't even know where to start to describe how great this place is. But I suppose it's with the first person you talk to when you call/ the first person you see when you walk in. Crystal is AWESOME! She's so friendly and accommodating. I called as new patient and expressed I was having some pain and she was able to get me in the same day. At my last dentist I had to wait 3 weeks before I could even get it looked at. She was also sure to take all measures to be sure my insurance would cover my treatment.

I can't say enough great things about Mills Park Dental and Dr. Reid! Not only is it a nice and small family practice, it is comfortable and welcoming. Their hours are a little restricted, but I have never had an issue getting an appointment only a week or two out. Dr. Reid is warm and professional, as are her dental tech and assistant. They keep the office clean and at a comfortable temperature which is more than I can say for most medical offices. When you find a great dentist what do you do? You tell all your friends of course! I have been coming to see Dr. Reid for about 2-3 years and wouldn't have it any other way. The office staff is friendly and warm, and makes an effort to remember people to create a community environment. Walking in you will be greeted by the receptionist (Crystal) who is excellent at multitasking and can say hello to you and book the next appointment by phone without missing a beat.

I just had my teeth cleaned this Monday, and Dr. Reid checked my teeth. I've been going there for several years.
It sounds so stupid to say that I like going to the dentist, but I do!
I love that it looks like a little house from the outside, is spacious inside, always feels like I'm the most important person there, and everybody IS SO NICE.
I send all my friends there, too--especially the ones who are scared of dentists. Nobody can be scared of Anne Reid. (She's the one in the whitening photos on here).

I definitely don't understand the one star review. I almost think they got the wrong business. Dr. Anne Reid is pretty fantastic (and not a "he") and every appointment I have had has always started on time.
The office is small but very clean and inviting. The staff is great from the hygienist to the tech to Dr. Reid herself. I was amazed that she was able to remove the stain on my front teeth that I have had since childhood without any invasive procedure and minimal discomfort. It took maybe two treatments.
Her knowledge, encouragement and advice has been a great boost to my dental

So while desperately looking for a dentist, I happened to run onto this page! I was a little skeptical to go because it only had one review, and I am a pretty big "review queen" :-p. Boy, was I happy that I followed my gut!
This office is small, clean, and well kept. It does not have that industrial, rushed, patient after patient feel. You feel like each and every one of the employees care for you. (as they do!)
The Front Desk Staff is very friendly, and well organized. I received a reminder call before my appointment, as well as a follow up call a couple days after my appointment!

I have been a patient of Dr. Reid for quite some time now, and although I have not needed any dental treatment beyond regular cleaning and exam, I have always been impressed by the high standards at Dr. Reid's office. The office staff is very helpful, warm, and friendly, and the general atmosphere is very comfortable. All professional staff are very communicative, and the technology is state-of-the-art. I actually look forward to my dental visits!!! Highly recommend Mills Park Dental!
