Rodney Kilbourn was an amazing asset to our purchase of a bit of Northern Michigan paradise. From the beginning of our conversations through to the final closing, his communication was quick, clear and honest with nothing to hide. Being a "sellers agent" the experience could have been less than ideal (we did not use a buyers agent), but Rodney cared just as much for his buyers as he did for the seller and was awesome to work with.
