I recently moved to the area and saw a dentist at this practice yesterday for a loose composite filling on an upper front tooth. I really liked the dentist, who explained that I needed a crown on that tooth and set up an appointment for next week.
It was loose and last night it fell off, leaving a gap half the width of my tooth. I am not in pain, but started calling at 7:30 am, to see if I could have the tooth repaired today while keeping my original appointment for the crown. I really feel like I have been given the run around. I even drove to the office to show someone what the tooth looks

My wife had a very sore tooth, we called to see if we could get in the next day. They had no availability the next day, they are closed during the weekend (understandable) and we’re all booked up the following week. I’m sure if I wanted to get invisilign they would of fit us in. We moved our entire family over to Watts last year because of all of the positive posts. This was our first test run to see how Watts Dental is when you have an emergency. They failed. Unfortunately we will have to move to a new Dental Practice because Watts has no time for us.

The first time I walked in to Watts dental was for emergency work on a badly chipped tooth. My previous dental office could not get me in for over a week. Watts Dental squeezed me in the next day! I found the office to be very clean, bright, and modern. The staff was exceptional at making me feel welcome. Dr. Linda's work to repair my broken tooth was absolutely fantastic. The office is quiet and professional with an emphasis on safety. My experience was positive due to the quality of treatment from Ashley. She creates an atmosphere of trust ,always teaching and answering clinical questions clearly. Having anyone perform potentially painful procedures in your mouth produces anxiety however the anxiety can and was mitigated through Ashley’s calm and confident approach.

My husband and I had our first appointment with Watts today. We are very impressed so far! They were gentle and have a wonderful sense of humor. We felt like we matter and not just a $$. Their equipment is state of the art and no painful x-rays! We actually saw pictures of our teeth for the first time ever! We need new fillings and the pictures proved it! Lastly, we got to hold Sunny one of their therapy dogs. Great experience!

Watts dental is by far the most amazing team I have ever been to! They make you feel like family and I have bad anxiety, but with them I felt so relaxed and put 100 percent trust in them. I walked up to the door dreading having to seeing a dentist. As soon as I walked in though, all the dread was gone. The first thing I saw was an amazing smile and a friendly voice. The place was clean and the staff treated you like a person instead of a customer. I've had a few appointments now with them and I can't remember all the Dental Assistants names that have helped work on me. Quality care that makes most dental offices just look like they don’t have their business operations in check. I was told that I needed a number of things addressed... which all seemed weird to me seeing as how my prior dentist that I was seeing before I moved to the area didn't notice any issues. I went ahead and called to schedule the work, and was told I needed to pay a down payment. Excuse me? Am I ordering custom furniture? Nothing about what I was having done would require supplies unique to me. I have never in my life pre-paid for a dental procedure. It's not about the money... it wasn't much, it was the principle. I love this dental practice and their team. I go to the Fishhawk location and everyone is just so personable, funny, knowledgeable, and available. They also make you feel comfortable while getting dental work done. I love that I can get emergency help quickly when needed and getting an appointment when non-emergency hasn't been an issue. Lastly, the service dogs are so cute and nice! How can anyone turn down an office that has sweet little dogs to pet? I love that the offices have them.

Came in to get a filling replaced. Told me they only do crowns. So decided to take the advice and get the crowns. When they printed my treatment plan the price was crazy high and that's fine. I have insurance and it covers crowns a 50% my problem is the treatment plan was not 50% off and when I questioned it I was told that they numbers are correct. Called my insurance company and they told me they don't even see the plan that was submitted in they system. Of all the medical professionals, I absolutely LOVE my dentist! We moved here three years ago, and previously had another dentist but had to switch as our insurance company said he was now out of network.
I am very picky with my healthcare professionals, and even more so, with my dentist. After some hunting around, I finally decided on Watts Dental, and I am SO glad. The office is beautiful and super modern. I love the color scheme and how friendly everyone, from the receptionist to the hygienist. (Being from the Tri-State, this would be very abnormal.)

This place is by far the best dentist office I have ever visited. It is a little far from where we live but I will keep coming back here. We found this place out when we had to have some emergency dental work done. I called several places very late on a week night and none of them picked up or even called us back. Watts dental however, had is in their office the next day and gave us advice on pain meds to take in the mean time.

The staff were friendly & professional, however as a new patient I want to warn others that if you need to schedule a filling or other work after a check up, they will tell you that you have to prepay for your treatment, "if you want to reserve an appointment." This is even with good dental insurance! This is totally unacceptable to expect to be paid prior to a service & in order to even be allowed to schedule an appointment! Our family will not be back! Be prepared to be confronted with this at the end of your appointment!

I moved from New Tampa to the Riverview/Brandon area. I was looking for a new dentist office closer to where I live. I googled dentist near me Dr. Watts Dental popped up. Did my review and was interested. Filled out a form on their website and receive a text the next day. I set my appointment for April 10th.
