We consume about six pounds of oxygen per day, far outweighing any other nutrient demands. Oxygen's primary role is in the production of energy: Only 50% of our energy comes from the fats and carbohydrates we consume. In order for our bodies to make stored energy usable, our cells must convert this energy into molecules of ATP using oxygen.

She is amazing, if you want a spa massage, or a myofascial release, she it the person to go to. She knows both styles very well, and can ease your stress and your muscle pain. I went to her with horrible pain which was hindering my ability to work. By the next day I could use my hand again. I will keep going back as I know this is the long term solution I need for this problem.
