My FORMER book keeper, Brad Filmanowicz of First Chicago accounting, made an error and over paid my Illinois sales tax by $2000.00. Once I had discovered the negligence, I had asked to be reimbursed by First Chicago Accounting. The response I was given was " yes we made a mistake and I would have to wait over 120 days for a refund from the state" .The state did not make the mistake in this case , but First Chicago accounting did make the error I don't believe my company should be held responsible for an accounting error, when I pay First Chicago Accounting for a service and was told by Brad they
