From1985-1990, Mark Durham was a Project Engineer and Project Manager for Swinerton Walberg Co., and P.R.P. Development inc.

Since its inception Durham Construction INC. has performed commercial, residential and general engineering work, new construction, metal building, steel framing, gas station, commercial offices, commercial retail, highway improvements, offsite improvements, food processing and custom residential.

ASU Colleges at Lake Havasu City - a combination of remodel, renovation and new construction. This project was an existing middle school that was converted to a campus for Arizona State University. Extensive site work for utilities both on-site and offsite, remodel upgrade and renovation of existing classroom, gymnasium and administration office buildings.
