Erik is a lovely person to have as your neighbor, but not as your realtor. As our buyer’s agent, he was amiable and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of purchasing waterfront properties. However, he has poor communication skills and did not know how to handle the seller’s unethical and strong-armed real estate agent. He crumbled under the pressure of a contentious transaction, and unfortunately, our deal fell through in part due to his wishy-washiness.
