A native of Romania she is a graduate of Carol Davila School of Dental Medicine in Bucharest and University of Pennsylvania Dental School in Philadelphia. Dr. Balescu has extensive continuing education in general dentistry, nutrition and biological medicine, including training with Dr. Rau, from the Paracelsus Clinic in Switzerland.
It is the time to meet you, listen, and learn about the purpose of your visit, your expectations, and your concerns. We will meticulously review your medical and dental history and your current dental status. We will give you a detailed report and suggest a treatment that has the rest of your life in mind.

We have changed practices, following Dr. Balescu. She is exceptionally talented in dentistry and other health areas. She is honest and ethical. She makes herself available. As you warm up, you encounter her engaging personality and sly humor. Her new offices are very stylish and comfortable.
