If I could, I would give her minus 5 star for her unprofessional. I came back after 1 year we bought home with her. Although we like our home, but we paid really high for it. We found the inventory and wrote offer letter by ourselves. The only thing this agent did was to prepare selling documents and collected our money. Even for that, she never replied email on time. We have to call her and push her to finish documents. Anyway, this was our first home and we have no experience to deal with agents. She was referred to us by another Intero agent who is very professional, so we trust her. However

Trang is an amazing partner throughout the home buying process. She made the experience easy and efficient. I can't exaggerate how far and away Trang exceeds expectations. When I bought my first house back in 2012, I had worked with 2 other Realtors before her. I just wasn't finding anything. Then a friend recommended his realtor to me, Trang, and that was a tremendous favor! I found the perfect home for me for that period in my life. Along the way she did all the research needed on each home we considered to have a clear view of what the situation was with each property.

If you need a Realtor, I recommend buying a house on East Bay and in San Francisco with Trang Dunlap.
She helped me to buy my first house in Fremont. The market is crazy but Trang is extremely professional. Knows the area thoroughly, very quick answers/documents/last minute house showings. We started to look in November and prices were quite up since then. In almost all cases she was correct on what the selling price range will be, however, there was absolutely no pressure on bids and this really made the experience very positive. She also helped a lot to notice various issues with the houses

Trang helped us buy our first home in the Bay Area and subsequently, an investment property in Oakland. This review is long overdue! We worked with Trang about 2 years ago as first time buyers in Oakland. She was amazing to work with and took our preferences and concerns really seriously. She lined up so many viable options--way more than we had anticipated--which helped us figure out our priorities and preferences. I can't recommend Trang high enough -- we even referred her to a family member whom she helped place into a condo at a great price. What makes Trang stand out is that she goes the extra mile. My wife and I were new to the Bay Area and kept getting out bid. We decided to go off-market to find a condo we could afford and through Trang's extensive network we were able to find something extremely quickly. It was a bit of a fixer-upper, but Trang also helped us find a contractor and plumber to help with out re-model. I would suggest Trang to anyone! She gets back to you within 24 hours
