Affordable BUT my husband who had his father creamated here was very disappointed in the fact that the death certificate listed his father's father as unknown when all it would have taken was a phone call to my husband to get this information. That was extremely inappropriate and RUDE! They had my husband's phone number and told him they'd call with questions. Someone was extremely lazy and heartless.
It also took well over the estimated time to receive the remains which made for a memorial without any ashes. Unacceptable.

I came into the office in January 15th and paid for my late Aunts cremation. I was told I was speaking with a funeral director but she turned out to be an apprentice and when I called in last week I was told she was only an employee my aunt wasn't cremated until February 16th I have the coroner's office call me to ask who was picking up the body and when. That was two weeks after I had filled out the release form at Shaw Davis and gave them permission to pick up my aunt. I had to call Shaw Davis back and let them know that the Coroner's office wanted to know why they hadn't picked my aunt up yet

The staff has been extremely comforting and understanding each time I've called upon them to care for a relative who passed. I will only deal with them in the future and recommend them always. Thet offer beautiful and tasteful options for every budget and need. Also, they also offer so many creative options one may never have considered, which I truly appreciated. They went above and beyond my ecptexpectations every time.

When our daughter passed away ,we looked for almost a week for a funeral home and were treated very badly by some. We made an appointment with Shaw Davis funeral home and the minute we met with Kip we knew that this was someone who actually cares . They didn't pressure us and was out front with everything involved . They made us feel comfortable and taking in consideration the big difference in price of other funeral homes I did not expect the treatment we received. My father died a year ago. He was in hospice and passed away in our home. The first night meeting them was actually the night he passed. The employees were AMAZING! We had a house FULL of family and they were extremely patient even though it was after midnight. They had nothing but RESPECT and sympathy for us. How they handled my dad and allowed us to walk out to the van with them, made us feel even more comfortable with them. We used Newcomer when my brother had passed years ago and my entire family would use Shaw Davis over ANY OTHER funeral home moving forward. Incredible staff!!!

Shaw Davis was recommended to my family by several people and I could not ask for a better service considering the sad circumstances. They were professional, fair, reasonable, quality, and most importantly they made the process as comfortable and "light" as possible. (Adam was GREAT). I see why they were recommended and I would recommend them again.

I needed an out of town funeral home. I was treated with the with the most respect. I would highly recommend Shaw Davis. They wanted to know my husband before helping me make my final decision. They described him perfectly....blue Jean's and tee shirts.

They could not have been more pleasant to deal with. No trying to up-sell, just listened to our wishes and provided prompt quality service. They even provided valuable information that really helped us out.They made a very difficult time as easy as it possibly could be. This company is about as good as it gets considering their industry. The staff was amazing and they clearly have a genuinely concern for the family who must uses their services. Words cannot express the level of professionalism and elegance this funeral home has shown our family. Thank you.
