I am currently co-owner with TC. I started roofing in 1981 during summers while in high school. I have continually educated myself since the 1980's in the roofing industry from residential roofing to commercial/industrial roofing; I know specialize in flat roof restoration. In the mid 1990's I started Roof Tec, LLC in Cedar City UT where it is still in operation today, I left the company in 2000' to return to Colorado to be close to family.
The Commercial Roofing is such a material that is used to seal the roofs of the commercial structures so as to protect them. Also popular commercial roofing is the flat roofing. There are several flatroofing options like the TPO, EPDM and the PVC. Metal roofs can last up to 100 years, with installers providing 50 year warranties.
