Richard is fantastic lawyer. Came in contact with him back in 2008 when I was going through a serious criminal case. I just thought it was gonna end badly and this guy literally saved my life. Showing respect where it is due! I watched Mr Scott assist his client in getting a DUI/DWI removed from her charges AND get probation before judgement on a failure to remain at the scene charge. She doesn't even have to check in monthly. Just wow! From what I understand DWIs can't be expunged from records and he got the DROPPED! Listening to the judge I knew for sure that she was going to get charged with more severe punishment. Mr Scott let the judge know that he and his client understood the concerns of the court, owned up to the issue and compassionately reassured the court this was not in her

I have worked with Mr. Scott several times over the years. I find him to be extremely reliable and responsive to any phone calls that I have made to him. He knows the law, and he always tells you like it is, without BS! Once, via a phone call, he was able to provide me with enough advice on a situation that resulted in me saving over $20K!
