More than knowing the regulations of the IRS or the principles of GAAP, I know what the client needs. My clients are my friends. We talk about family, vacations, hobbies as well as what is needed for their business or tax returns. We realize you did not start your business to learn new tax laws, and understand how to process payroll every month.

A good accountant should be able to sit down and help explain why some problems exist and how to overcome them without being on the clock all the time. You should be able to trust that he(she) has a desire for the success of your company in the same way as you do. I will always provide accurate financial information to the best of my ability, but I will always remember that the needs of the owner are primary.
Ray's Accounting Services in Utah offers a complete range of accounting services including new business accounting, monthly financial statements and even business consulting. Filing taxes in Utah can be very complicated and stressful. Ray has a deep understanding of preparing taxes in both personal tax preparation and business tax preparation.

Horrific! Two years in a row the IRS had to correct his mistakes & actually refunded us MORE money. THEN he switched our business from a Partnership to an SCorp...which our new accountant (a REAL one with an actual office and staff) said was ridiculous and royally screwing us over for 5 years...making a lot more work for us. He can't keep one client straight from the other. Kept asking my husband for my W2s when I've been a stay at home mom for 15 years??? Then he proceeds to "vent" about how busy he is and can't keep track of everyone (uh....you don't keep notes on your clients?). He is not up
