I hired Bearly Marketing for social media management services in 2018. They did a fantastic job on my social media accounts. Fast forward to 2020, I hired them again for social media management (FB & IG) and this time around the service was terrible. It was a nightmare working with them. Once hired Bearly Marketing added 8 of their staff members to my Facebook business manager in 1 day. As result FB permanently deactivated my FB manager account. I had to use my Mom's FB account to host my business manager page which has been a pain. I spent almost $6K on Bearly Marketing and Facebook ad

We have enjoyed working with Bearly Marketing. While we are still very active on our social media, Bearly has kickstarted it and for that reason, we find ourselves more engaged as well. They seem to have a big team and at times there are communication gaps between the individuals but overall we are happy to be working with them.

Service started off ok. We contracted for social marketing plan. Unfortunately, they kept posting the WRONG CONTACT PHONE NUMBER for our company and didn't bother to correct it after we asked multiple times. Not sure how marketing is supposed to work if customers cant call because they don't have the correct number!!!!!!
This is just basic stuff. We asked for a refund and they are not responsive.
Would not use again...i get the feel that there is one person or a few who are managing temps and VAs to do the actual work. No other way they could be so bad.

The whole process from interviewing to onboarding with Bearly marketing was professional and organized. Marissa was awesome! The communication was on point and timely. She got on the phone with me to understand exactly what I wanted and was open to feedback every step of the way. Hired this company to handle my social media and within 3 weeks I had to cut ties with them. All the posting was verbiage taken directly from my website with the exception of one. I could have done that myself. Brought the issue to their attention and nothing changed. There was also no recommendations to improve marketing strategies which was disappointing. I felt there was little effort to understand the brand and really tailor the posts to fit the brands voice. When I voiced my concerns their immediate response was that they were still going to bill me. Uhm how about addressing my concerns instead
