J.P. and Karen Perez have a passion for fitness. They both hold certifications in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, and advanced Pilates. For the last 10 years, they have been training their clients out of their private studio, Reformed Bodies, in North Miami Beach, Florida. J.P. has a diversified background in all realms of the fitness world.

Every program is customized to your needs, wants and limitations, to guarantee you results. Our 1 hour session is a customized workout which includes cardio, strength and flexibility training.
