You'll find some decent deals, but a don't be surprised if half of what you buy is broken. Of course it's an "as is" auction, but a minimal amount of testing could be done to provide some reliability to the process. Hours are wonky, buyers premium is too high, they'll get you with storage fee if you're late.
Edit: Years of purchases here have changed my mind...these guys are great, only getting better, and very reasonable to work with.

Would not use their services again. The commission is high and not upfront about additional charges. Offered to come pick items up and the charged an additional 15% per item for that service. The pictures and descriptions posted on line were poorly done. The pictures were of poor quality and looked as if they were taken in a trailer or storage unit. The descriptions were poorly written. Valuable western antiques were included in an auction with old restaurant equipment. The items sold for less than garage sale value. Be careful and get everything in writing.

Most auctions will let you know in the "description" if an item you might consider bidding on is damaged....... not Go to Guys! They also describe items as "Ancient", "Antique", "Primitive" even when they aren't. It appears they are more interested in maximizing their profits than the moral obligations they owe their customers. "Go to Guys" doesn't deserve the one star review I gave them, they should be ashamed of themselves. I can't recommend them to anyone!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to ROSS!!!
What a blessing it was for our family to have found him.
Faced with the sudden death of a family member the survivors were left with the challenge of selling an estate.
After several calls to various companies, Ross was selected because he was kind. He listened patiently, asked questions, offered suggestions, and carefully explained how things would work. During our meeting Ross wanted to know what outcome we wanted.
We found Ross was always available when we would call, text or e mailed him with questions. Basically we turned things over to him. We found Ross to be

I have found some really cool stuff at this auction place, and most at a pretty good price. Some things weren't as nice as I'd of thought/liked. But I guess that's to be expected, right? My only advice is, is to be very careful about looking at the items you want before you buy. I bought a safe that was open in the picture.( it had a number pad with a back up key) I brought it home, but didn't open the box it was in, as I had a chemo appointment and was staying in Bozeman. On top of that I had other health issues to deal with, so I wasn't thinking about the box. Besides, one would think the key

These "2 guys"...father and son..... are a wonderful 'adopted' addition to our family! I just don't know what my husband and son would do without them and the amazing treasures they offer up each month. Rarely will you find such honest, fun, kind and knowledgeable dealers. They clearly love what they do and enjoy passing on their 'addiction' to collecting as well as their excitement in sharing the history behind the objects they consign.
I only wish the two collectors in my family would consign more and buy less......

They run odd hours, despite what their sign and Google says. We brought a trailer full of stuff on a Friday at 5pm - closed. Then again on Saturday morning - closed. Finally caught them on Tuesday afternoon and they wouldn't take most of our stuff (which we felt was acceptable - we've seen worse/stranger lots in past go2guys auctions). Be advised to call ahead.

Love the site and the guys, great bunch of people, always friendly and recognize me the minute I walk in the door. I do have one small complaint about the site... when I go to it on my phone and log in, every time I click on the watch lot button to watch an item I get kicked off the site and have to go back in. This only happens when I am… browsing on my phone and not when I am using a regular PC computer to browse. Also, sometimes when I am on my computer at work I have to check watch lot several times before it will stick and add those items to my watch list. Computers!!!!!!
