Otoupal Counseling

I received my Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology in 1991, my Masters in Social Work in 1998 and my Advanced Clinical Practitioner's License in 2004. I began working in the area of mental health as a supervisor for a residential program for individuals with chronic mental illness.

Since then, I have practiced with the Austin State Hospital, Bluebonnet Trails Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Any Baby Can, The Brown Schools, The Family Crisis Center, Travis State School, Bastrop Healing Options and my own private counseling practice.I specialize in providing therapy and support for individuals with depression, personality disorders and major mental health issues.
