I have been working with CND (Karen West) for two years. Karen has been the best. I can call, text, and/or email her anytime and I am meet with a great response, wonderful service, and timely action. Our account was acquired by CN&D from the sale of our former CPA's practice. Prevailing initial skepticism was reduced as Karen West became our point of contact who was (& continues to be) adept at responding to our concerns (w/out nickel & dime charges seen with other firms). Prior to this year I had always done my own taxes. However this year our tax situation had gotten more complicated, and I wanted to have a professional do them. I was very happy with the service I received at Cole Newton & Duran
Price: From what I have heard, prices were very comparable to other services such as H&R Block. However, the advantage here is a CPA completes your taxes.
Service: I found everyone I interfaced with at Cole Newton & Duran to be very polite and courteous. My taxes were completed within a day or so, and the CPA working on my taxes was very prompt to respond
