With her attention to detail and her tenacious attitude she moved up to project manager and excelerated from there.
She founded Integrity Construction Group in 2012 and is personally involved with every project and its success. Randi started with Integrity Construction Group in 2013 as an Office Manager. Handling all bookkeeping, accounts payables, receivables and business operations.

Complete renovation of a 3 story building into a financial office with additional rentable suites. This job included many challenges that were overcome to ensure a successful completion! We are in the process of completing both the Annapolis location and Edgewater locaion for Always Ice Cream! Completion pictures to follow.

Randi and her team have been such a great experience to work with. We hired them to perform general construction work for one of our clients in MD. They were super responsive and professional throughout the entire process. We lost of day of work due to unforeseen weather, Randi and her team were able to remobilize quickly the next day and catch up on everything that needed to be done. Will be using them on any future projects in the area.
