In the summer Hand and Storm kept contacting me saying my credit card was not going through. Each time I called them and they told me it was fine. I asked them to let me know if there is was any further problems with the card and never heard back. Recently; I went to book an appointment, and they told me my membership was cancelled and I lost all my accrued massages. What is really maddening is that back in the summer I asked the girl who was looking into my credit situation to document everything in my notes. Turns out no one ever did. Chatty Amy who picks up her client 10 minutes late an stops 3 minutes before the hour is up. is Not a professional. As a professional therapist I will not do business with this person and with this Spa , again, if these are the type of therapist they hire ...I would not treat my clients this way. While her pressure was decent the technique was not. I've cancelled my services on June 23rd, have been charged in July, called, they said they didn't have my request, I sent it again, they said that was the last payment and that my account would be closed. But on 8/28 I'm charged AGAIN. Call the office, the receptionist put me on hold for 30 min, I call again she says she can't file a refund, and the manager is not on site, and won't be on site to solve my problem. There is nothing she can do.
This is unacceptable, you give your credit card and now they won't stop charging even 2 months after cancelling.

It anyone looks at my reviews you can see that I take the time to let others know when I’ve had a great experience. Sadly, this massage membership franchise or location is the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely say that this has nothing to do with the massage therapists who work there. They’re great!!
First of all, the front desk employee named Morgan has the worst manners I’ve ever witnessed. After I asked to cancel she denied giving me any information about the store manager or franchise owner and denied giving me their email or their last name.
