We have had State Farm car insurance for over 3 decades between the 2 of us. And also more recently got their homeowners insurance as well. The ladies in this office are all wonderful. We had a toxic mold incident with an upstairs neighbor who had a flood.He had no insurance. It was a nightmare at first. But Victoria in particular was SO helpful in guiding us & giving advise to help us through the process! We are older baby boomers and had never had a claim like this before. We stayed at a hotel by the beach which was the silver lining to the dark clouds. She is patient, professional & very good

My first interaction with Jennifer Nieves couldn’t have gone any smoother. She provided me with succinct and easily understood information regarding renters insurance.
