Railroad Construction
In 1926 Joseph Daloisio, Sr. founded Railroad Construction Company (RCC) and started performing railroad track repairs after leaving his job at the Erie Railroad Company. Joseph built the basis of Railroad Construction Company providing service as a quality contractor dedicated to on time completion of projects.

From 1926 to 1942, RCC operated out of a small office next to the Daloisio home on Summer Street in Paterson, NJ. Al Daloisio, Sr. joined his father in 1927 and took over the reigns of RCC in 1941 with the help of his brother Tony, and sister Mary Daloisio Falcione and her husband Tony Falcione. In 1942, RCC moved to our current Grove street location.

First class operation. This is definitely one of the best options for all the major infrastructure projects on your to-do list.

Amazing company! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about how it is being ran or simply about the company itself. Very organized, successful, and productive company. I would not trade this company as my place of work for anything!

Critical: Professionalism
Most of the employees here get upset when their favorite snack is missing from the kitchen cupboard. Big kids indeed!

If you have the mental capacity of a teenage girl, then you'll love the parking lot carnivals, dressing up on halloween, daily gossip, and eating the same food week after week, year after year.
The CEO spends thousands of dollars on bagels and junk food rather than improving the company's infrastructure.
The people that work here despise and FEAR innovation and change. They hold on so tightly to ancient processes that keep the company stuck in the past.
If you're thinking of working here or doing business with these people, run for the hills.

On Sept 17, 2018 driving a Railroad Construction SUV, Amy Larocco, drove aggressively with rage and deliberately hit my car hitting the side where my one year old sits. Luckily, she hit the front side near the hood. She proceeded to leave the site of the accident and sped through several city streets as I chased her consistently blowing my horn. After driving for about half a mile I saw cops and shouted for them to stop her. She never apologized. Once we spoke to police to document the police report, I went to their company where amazingly she was the recptionist. I spoke to a gentleman, supposedly
