At our patients' request, we have adopted office appointment guidelines that allow our patients to pre-reserve and schedule convenient appointment times. Our practice is dedicated to your quality care and is pleased to reserve this time for you. In return, we ask that patients make every effort not to change reserved dental appointments.
It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. We participate with many insurance carriers. If your insurance covers treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.
Thank you for choosing our office for all your dental needs. We have created a comfortable environment where you can feel confident in the level of dental care you receive. Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment.
Use a toothbrush with soft bristles and a small strip of fluoride toothpaste. When you brush your teeth, move the brush in small circular motions to reach food particles that may be under your gum line. Hold the toothbrush at an angle and brush slowly and carefully, covering all areas between teeth and the surface of each tooth.

You could not ask for a more caring, concerned dentist than Dr Trent! Mount Vernon is so lucky to have him! Not only the attention to detail that he pays...his staff is world classed, also! We are truly blessed to have he & his staff!

Been using this office for 11 years. Dr. Rehnquist provides excellent work and is the friendliest dentist I've ever know. The dental hygiene staff are thorough, friendly, and professional. Even though the office is a 30 minute drive from my house, I will continue to make this drive. Highly recommend!

The beautiful ladies at the reception desk were extremely courteous and helpful. Had a few questions to ask and they provided all the answers that truly satisfied me. I thought they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional.
