They took my car right away, thought I was getting away with just oil change. But no, they were so thorough checking all pertinent areas. I ended up needing water pump replaced. I am pleased my $ went to their business I appreciated their honesty and customer service equally. I will be referring John's Auto to those needing their services happily. This was my first time taking my car to John's and was super happy with their customer service and professionalism. They took care of what I requested, let me know which items were still good, which were needing attention soon, and that which needed immediate attention. I know most places do this, especially the dealership, but never did I feel as though I was being pressured into a repair or being up-sold on something. And the final price was great, as I was expecting it to be higher.

Worst experience of my life. Ripped me and my little sister off for $550 to "clean some valves and change a spark plug." They knew I needed my car fixed ASAP before a road trip, and used that to their convenience. My car was brought back to me in the exact same shape I gave it to them in with no explanation. They willingly took my money knowing they couldn't figure out the issue themselves. Incompetent. Turns out this place is known for their theft. Truly disgusting tactic for people experiencing financial hardship from this pandemic. Anyone looking to get their car repaired here please take heed

I took my car here to have my AC looked at as it was acting up on me, just in time for the summer heat waves. They were able to squeeze me in and get my car looked at right away. They were very thorough, professional and did not try to find problems that weren't there or add on extra costs. This is definitely a trustworthy place to bring your car and I will for sure be bringing mine back to them in the future when needed.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality
Don't bother with getting an appt as it means nothing. The person in front of me, a walk in, obviously had a much higher dollar value than an oil change. My 10am with all hour wait turned into a 4 hour time frame. It's good to use local but those local businesses need to have some integrity. Zero integrity here.

This is a great auto mechanic! My truck was running hot about a month ago and these guys had to replace my water pump, thermostat, etc. It had a hiccup the other day and I took it in again. Again, these guys took care of me! There was a small leak from a hose. All-in-all, this is a trust-worthy mechanic that I know I can count on! Kudos to everyone at John's Auto Care!

A "battery" light showed up on my dash as I was driving. I took it straight to John's. Mike was very helpful and after a diagnosis check, problem was found. By 9 am the next day, Mike called to let me know the Jeep could be picked up and alternator had been replaced. We are very satisfied with the knowledge and expertise at John's. It is our "go-to" auto repair facility.
