I've used and paid Ron Russell roofing over 100K in the past 10 years for roofs for my home flipping business. I just had them out to give me a price to repair my personal roof and after sending me a proposal a guy texts me at 830 at night to tell me they cant do it. I had them bid another job for me last year and they were 5K over a roofer that I didn't even know. Everything changed with this company when Terry left, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Had them come out and do the roof. ended up getting rats in my attic from the dumpster they brought. told them about the rats and they did nothing to fix the issue, and told me that the rats were there before. a week prior i was in my attic and there was no sign of rats or any vermin in my attic. i ended up showing them a about 11 in (body size) rat and they still went with that i had them prior. if i could go back i wouldn't even hire them in the first place
