I wish I could give less than one star. I transferred over to get get a second opinion and was so excited to feel like I found the right place. I told them about my history and the last dentist appointment I had. I was then informed that no matter what I would still be covered to go ahead and get my second cleaning of the year with them.

I got totally screwed on billing and charged for THREE yearly visits with my insurance. They told me “oh well” when I tried to contest it and that they didn’t

Fermelia Dental was great! As a new patient I was so impressed with how thorough they were. The staff is very friendly and during the appointment I was consistently asked about my comfort which made me feel like they really care. Christina, one of the hygienists and Dr. Fermelia explained everything really well and made sure any concerns I had were addressed. They really do want to provide a good patient experience.

Fermelia Dental Dental is in the same classification as a high pressure and high volume car sales. They want your money not you driving your care. On July 21, 2021 I went for a first time appointment with this office. I had told them 3 times that I was there for pain management (by the way I recorded the visit) for a painful tooth. I also told them that I do not want anything done that my Dental Insurance would not cover. I came here because it was in network and had good reviews. I had a lot of work that needed to be done. After my first two fillings, we made the next appointment. It got cancelled by the doctor, all good, it happens. We rescheduled. During this time, the fillings they did started to become very painful, signifying something was wrong. I followed Dr. Qui and Becky to Fermelia Dental ...my favorite Dentist and Hygienist. There I met Jordan for the first time, she assisted Dr Qui with a crown and a cracked filling I needed replacing. She was very gentle, communicates well with you and takes her time. What a great team! I wouldn't go anywhere else!! Good job you guys!!!

I really hate having to write a negative review - almost as much as I hate having to leave Fermelia Dental. I loved working with Dr. Fermelia and her very professional dental staff. However - the new owners stopped accepting my dental insurance without telling me - leaving me to pay for insurance all year that they didn't accept. Their office manager, Jason, accepted no responsibility for them doing that, and offered no apology whatsoever. My dentist of 17 years retired, I was looking for a new dentist and dental hygienist who could handle my hyper sensitive teeth. My friend recommended Fermelia Dental, for their "awesome - ness". My friend was spot on! They are awesome! Exam was very thorough, I love my new hygienist, Debbie, she is the best hygienist I've ever had. The team was wonderful for my first visit. I was able to complete all of my forms online before arrival. I was seated in my chair in time for my appointment, which was wonderful. Then onto photos, x-rays, review of my dental health and a treatment plan. Everything was thorough, clearly explained, and the cost estimates were reviewed with up front. During the cleaning the hygienist was careful to check in to ensure I was comfortable. She scheduled all of my follow-up appointments quickly, efficiently, and emailed my calendar reservations. I have been coming here since 2019 and absolutely love it. All the doctors and hygienists are so kind and care about your comfort. The administrative staff is very kind and helpful as well! I'm a new patient here, but with my familiar and beloved dental team. This facility has modern equipment for improving preventative care; photography to show you what they see, I.e. back molars, condition of fillings etc.,laser therapy to prevent bacteria from forming for several months between visits, and offers fluoride application to protect enamel.

I had to switch dentists due to insurance changes, and had gone to previous one for 15 years. I was apprehensive, but from the day I phoned to book, then the greeting when I arrived, I was really encouraged. They were great!

One of the best places I have ever went for dental. The customer service is great and they treat you like a customer. Not just the next person in line hoping the day will end soon. I have received cleanings from two different associates throughout the years I have been there and still kind hearted people who care. I have been going Dr Fermelia for years and I love her! She pays so much attention to detail and makes sure any dental issues you may have are addressed. She takes her time with you and will even call after an appointment to make sure you're doing okay. My dental hygienist Vicki is the nicest lady. She's does a fabulous cleaning and is so gentle I could fall asleep in the chair. We'll be coming back for years to come!

Catherine Fermelia, DDS has been my dentist since I was 7 years old...I'm now 32. The facility is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and Mrs. Fermelia has always been a great dentist and has taken good care of my pearly whites over the years! I never understood why people dread going to the dentist because it's always been a great experience for me, and I would refer anyone looking for a good dentist to look no further! Even when I had my first two cavities a couple years back, they took great care of me! My mom, husband and best friend are all patients here as well.
