Update: Whiteboard has reach out to me and is trying to be very proactive with my situation. The CEO informed me that hey was not aware of these issues and is currently in the process seeing what Whiteboard can do. Will continue to update as the situation unfolds.

We pay lots of money for SEO for nearly 3/4 a year. With no return on investment. There answer was give more money to them to see results.

Update: The events that have unfolded have been very concerning but the company is making an effort. Whiteboard did reach out right away after leaving a review, putting our Dr. personal cell phone number as a main point of contact on the website as a mistake. It will be interesting to watch how the rest of the events unfold. Whiteboard has made an initial attempt to rectify and we are looking forward to try to repair the business relationship and keep google updated.
