If you currently carry liability limits of a minimum of $250,000/$500,000 along with full PIP (Personal Injury Protection), do not change anything with your auto insurance policy! We also recommend adding an Umbrella policy to better protect your family, yourself, and your assets. Claims will also have a higher impact with rates between insurance companies so make sure you consult with your independent agent before you file a claim.

I purchased the platinum coverage ($1500) for my new camper. After four months on the road the water pump failed, several interior pipes were leaking, and the metal bracket supporting my black/greywater outlet snapped.
I found a repairman and asked him to call Compass and get approval for the repairs.
Compass denied 3/4 of the claim… (everything except the water pump), meaning I would be paying $650 of the $800 bill.
I called the insurance company to ask why they had denied several repairs that were clearly covered by their own contract.

Took almost 3 hours to switch over from Allstate Insurance because my rates had doubled! But in the end Mr Vaughn Stevens had gone thru about 20 different agencies and cut my rate in half on both my truck, car and home insurance!! Both rates saved me about $600 each with additional coverages not covered by Allstate!

John Moorehouse was excellent at communicating and explaining the coverage I had vs the coverage that was offered through one of the many companies they run quotes through. I felt as though I had the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision, and was pleasantly pleased with the rates I received vs what I had been paying previously with another company.
