Hi! My name is Cari. I am a Patient Care Coordinator here at Caputo Dental. I have worked for Dr. Caputo since February of 2003. Some of my responsibilities include front desk operations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, conducting financial arrangements, filing insurance claims and many "behind the scenes" tasks.

My dad was my dentist until he retired. He was a perfectionist and created beautiful crowns and dentures for his patients, focusing on the shape of each restoration as well as color. While I never needed a crown or dentures, I did chip a few teeth that needed minor restoration; my dentist dad took as much care with these simple repairs as he did with major restorations. All seemed kind in the beginning gave them lots of high dollar business. Too much turnover in dentists. Got a brand new dentist to the practice who fancied himself a comedian and was bad at that and fillings. He caused me terrible pain! Also nobody answers the emergency line ever! I suffered from a filling that was improperly placed. I couldn't eat or drink anything for days without pain. Dr.C seems to be good but difficult to get in to see him due to his limited hours for the average 9-5 working person. I was told that he was going to charge the other dentist for having to correct

Yesterday I woke up practically screaming in pain from a throbbing tooth. I instinctively knew I needed a root canal and was desperate for relief. My regular dentist was completely ignoring the 3-4 messages I'd left on their answering machine...which is one of the MANY reasons I've been meaning to get a new dentist but haven't gotten around to doing it.
