I needed a printing place last minute (I usually would go to FedEx but they had just closed) so I quickly googled for a printing place ans saw great reviews. I didn't know what the hours were so I called and they were so kind and helpful! Honestly a huge blessing for me to find this place. I was in and out so fast and I literally will come here for future projects and recommend them to everyone I know needing printing projects done. Honestly can't say how grateful I am for this business.

I have used Bankem twice so far for my publishing company and each time I have not been disappointed. The quality of their work is amazing, they are very responsive and also very affordable compared to some other printers I’ve dealt with. This is one company that lives up to what they say. They actually perform excellent customer service in a very timely manner. The costs are very reasonable for the amount of work that I needed. So pleased with the guest experience. Fred was a nice man who took care of us, we wanted to make nearly 2,000 copies of flyers and he had it printed and boxed for us within one hour. Excellent service. Great hearts! I would highly recommend going to him for your print copy needs, he does everything from labels, magazines, flyers, notices, etc.

Horrible service! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I had a simple order of just 50 cds I needed shipped by a certain time. It took them over a month to complete the job. He said he would pay for shipping since it was his fault, he said they shipped them and they never came! Then he over charged my credit from his original price!! Unbelievably bad business!!! Liars and con men!

If you have all the time in the world but want cheap pringting this place is for you. Forget your deadlines, the owner doesn't care if you need it by 5pm. Instead the next morning when you call to ask about it he will tell you he will hand deliver it to you giving you a false sense of good business practices. However, three days will go by and you haven't even heard from him much less seen him in person with you printing in tow. You have to babysit him, I've had instances where I have stood right in front of him while he STARTED a project I had given him for a month and was due ONE
