Lockboxes are unreliable. If an agent cannot relock it on your property you have to go change out lockboxes which it time consuming. Sometimes it takes forever to connect so when showing homes it is frustrating. I have had good and bad experiences with customer service. BUT there has to be another system that works better then this!!! Bring back the old days of when things worked!

So called Hi-Tec make the thing very complicated, super user unfriendly to cross board agent, need long time to install and learn how to use, stupid barrier for a easy showing with traditional lock box! Hate it!!!!

Flawed Technology only gives showing instructions to agents and brokers WITHIN THAT BOARD. Agents from other boards have to get on hands and knees and beg listing agent for a 1 day code. Not Agent friendly.!

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Super rude staff. Terrible experience. A COMPANY WIDE staff training would seem to be in order as the treatment received from customer support was horrendous. BEWARE and AVOID.

Great place to work, has their employees best interests at heart and inspires them to work hard to help their customer base. SentriLock has to have one of the most customer oriented call centers around. I've talked with, and been to other call centers, and none of them care about their customers as much as SentriLock does.
The product is reliable, and while there is always a chance that something goes bad, the vast majority of the product works like a charm and have elicited praise from many of their customers.

Unreliable. IF the lockbox has not been updated with the most recent Firmware, they often will not re-lock once opened. A HUGE security risk!

I sell rural MT properties. Most do not have cell service and many are at high elevations where temperatures can drop to 30 below zero and depending on the snow (and this was a brutal year for snow) access can be limited.

My association chose to "upgrade" and change out our Sentrilock boxes in the middle of Winter. That may be a fine decision, if you are in town, but if your box is on a home that can't be reached by car, shouldn't there be an exception and extension until the snow melts? We put the box on in good faith, in fair weather and not with an expectation of extreme

This is not a good company to deal with...they are not up to par of a simple combo lock and don't seem to be able to help in simple matters.

If they cost you one single sale they become a liability rather then a service...we will file a complaint with the local real-estate board and BBB.

If you're a realtor, there are other choices, we regret this decision

Worst customer service ever...

I called them and I got the run-around for days.

Long story short just for replacing a battery: I had to make 5 trips, buy the wrong battery, and use the wrong Philips screwdriver.

What a waste of time, gas, and money.

Not impressed. We had a different system in the past and had no problems gaining access to the lockboxes with our previous lockbox system. Our board has switched to the Sentrilock system and now we have NOTHING but problems.
The cards are much more easily lost than the small devices we used previously. The cards are much more easily damaged as well. I have had to get my card replaced 3 times and at a great great inconvenience. I have to go days without the card and they will not allow you to have 2 cards so you have a backup.
Customer service can be good, but it can also be brutal - depending
