My taxes were filed incorrectly. And the IRS was claiming I owed a large amount of money on top of what I already paid. I went in to ask them to fix their mistake and was told that they didn't have time and that I would have to pay them 1000.00 for them to fix it. Keep in mind I paid them to do my taxes so I would not have issues like this. Now I have to deal with the IRS and fix this myself. Horribly unprofessional and rude towards clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I regret every penny spent here.

Unfortunately, a previous employer uses this agency to run their payroll. It appears that my federal withholding was calculated incorrectly (basing this off another W2 I received and made nearly the same amount. Just comparing, I'm no expert). They might be great with other people, but I was just met with frustration. Maybe it's because this was a Monday, and tax season sucks, but I was less than impressed with the level of professionalism towards someone requesting their own information from the company.

The staff is extremely rude towards clients asking for their own documents. Extremely unprofessional.
