I spoke with Ramona first about a house I was interested in and she was great. Then she said she was passing me on to Carol so I could schedule a viewing. I give Carol credit that she called me and left a message while I was at work. I returned her calling requesting to be called after 4 when I get off work. Never heard back

Ramona Simmons knows her market. She was patient, knowledgeable and understanding. She showed us at least 30 homes when we finally landed our dream home. She understood what we wanted, showed us certain things we didn't see, asked questions for us to think about and became a valuable wealth of knowledge for location.
