Used lab seven 3 out of the past 4 years. At first the product and CS level were great. This past year (2021) the number of misprint shirts went up from 1/50 to 3/50. Additionally, on one order they failed to print a few shirts in a specific size. When I asked them to order and print them, Nick refused to do fix this by printing what we ordered and paid for. After two weeks of emailing he issued a refund...which doesn't help with filling inventory. Other issues involved miscommunications between Nick and the rest of his team about timing commitments and deadlines. The boxes they shipped the shirts

I don't usually post reviews and I keep forgetting to post this, but this company is amazing. I work with a small non-profit here in Denver and we used them a few years ago to print our organization's t-shirts. Our logo was pretty complex and I had been turned down by a few places because they feared they would mess it up. Lab Seven never flinched. We recently used them again and has a very similar experience.
The quality and selection of their products was amazing and I'm hooked on the SportTek brand because we work outside in all weather and they are extremely fast drying and they keep you cool

This has been my print shop for almost a year now and I really appreciate the work they do. The whole team is very helpful and smart and they really work to make your vision come to life. There is always someone who can talk to you and answer any questions for you and give you any guidance you need for your project. Also they do both small and big quantities which is a big plus. They also always make deadlines and were very helpful in a recent order where I had a very difficult time frame, but they pulled through! A lot of other screen printers can be difficult to deal with or not that friendly
