At Premier Pilates and Yoga, we offer the highest quality instruction in a supportive environment. We offer several group classes in pilates and yoga as well as specialty classes to cater to everyone. Services
Premier Pilates and Yoga is dedicated to the preservation of the authentic teachings of Joseph Pilates. Our Instructors have gone through Classical Pilates Certifications with a minimum of 600 hours of training, observation and apprenticeship, and most of our Instructors have completed up to three Pilates Certifications--more than 1,800 hours of training.
Ball Therapy uses various sized balls to target trigger points in tight muscles to provide relief from chronic pain, tightness, unwind knots and also helps to penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. It is also a great tool to completely unwind the body, reset the internal organs and provide stress relief.
New to Pilates or Yoga? Here's the perfect introduction of six private Pilates or Yoga sessions to begin your journey! Get strong, Get flexible, Get results. Unlimited Pilates Mat and Yoga Group Classes: This package allows you to take any pilates mat or yoga group class on the schedule. This does not include specialty classes including prenatal, osteoporosis or yoga for runners classes.
Your initial session is for you to experience the method and for your teacher to evaluate your needs. First you will fill out a health history questionnaire, and have a brief chat with your instructor about your goals, needs and any pertinent injuries. Your teacher will also address certain health or fitness goals in the session, customizing the lesson to your needs.
Pilates method is a system of movement and therapeutic exercise developed over a century ago a span of 60 years by German born Joseph H. Pilates. Utilizing the specialized equipment he designed, the method works by toning muscles as well as balancing muscular force at the joint level. It stimulates circulation through facilitating muscular elongation, joint range of motion and proper musculoskeletal alignment.

Really great studio with caring and very knowledgeable instructors. Adriene, in particular is amazing in so many ways. I am here an average of 4-5 times a week and look forward to every session because I know I will always have fun and leave feeling fantastic. I really like the energy of the studio and the other clients are also great. I have used most of the services at the studio and can recommend the pilates, yoga, bodybalance, personal training, kettlebell and SOMA sessions. I feel really lucky to be here and will never leave!

I attended classes here 1 to 3 times a week for just over 14 months. Adrienne is a phenomenal instructor. Super knowledgeable and really pushed me. I loved it 100%! But the customer service was jaw droppingly horrid. Things like, while I am standing in the cold waiting to be let in, they send an email to cancel my class, as if they don't have a number to call or text. Who checks personal email from their phone all day?!? Mind you, I must cancel at least 24 hours in advance but they can just be a no show. Removing me from classes or making it hard to schedule in general. The attitude when trying

I have been a client at Premier Pilates and Yoga for several years. I was initially referred to the studio by my surgeon after having extensive back surgery for both pilates and yoga therapy. I was in pain after surgery daily and was really skeptical that there was anything that would relieve my pain. Needless to say, I was not the best client initially because of my attitude. I have to say that Adriene and her team have been amazing and continue to amaze me every week. Adriene in particular is an extremely knowledgeable and caring instructor, but everyone who works at this studio is amazing. The

After multiple attempts to schedule a session I finally got a call back from someone. The person was rude, had no clue about professionalism, or business ethics. Told me to go online and check the schedule. I did not follow through as I definitely did not want to meet such a ill- mannered character.

This is by far one of the best pilates and yoga studios in New York and Westcahester. All of the Instructors have multiple certifications and over 15 years of experience so their knowledge and experience is unsurpassed. I have taken both private and group sessions at both locations in NYC and Westchester, and the instructors were fabulous! I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a great place to work out and have fun, or anyone needing instructors who are extremely experienced working with special populations, including pregnancy, scoliosis, low back and neck pain. etc.
