Staff and maintenance have been wonderful - kind, efficient, easy to communicate and work with. I was able to start the application process and move through it quickly to be able to move into my new apartment within days. Having moved here from out of state, I was concerned with getting into an apartment quickly, so while there were a couple of things that were delayed (replacement doors on cabinets that had to be ordered and delayed due to pandemic), I am satisfied with my new home.

Avoid this place. RIP offs. They charge $75 per person to apply only to turn you down for reasons that aren't listed in application. False advertising and pure cons. Esp considering most realty companies charge half that and tell you upfront what they are gonna do. This place the app asks have you been convicted of crime 3-5 yrs and that's it but turned us down for something from 12 yrs ago. Took 150$ in 5 mins time, non refundable and lied to get it.

Yea this place is a trip $150 to process our application only to turn us down for a criminal background check from 11 years earlier and on their application they ask if you have been convicted in last 3-5 yrs. This place is a RIP-off. Be careful when applying cuz that 75$ per person is nonrefundable and they will turn you down in 5 mins flat. Terrible place, wish I could give these con artists zero stars. But in response to ur response, the application said 3-5 yrs and nothing else. My background was from 12 years ago. So its false advertising and therefore makes yall cheats and liars.

One star is being generous. If you are smart you will stay away from Thornberry Park Apts it has a cosmetic look but the walls are very thin. The management is horrible they do absolutely nothing about complaints especially, about noisy neighbors. I have complained on the phone and in writing about my noisy neighbors the only thing I have been told is regardless of how noisy your neighbors are it is considered normal as long as it is between 8 am and 10 pm. But if the noise is excessive after 10 pm you are encouraged to call 911. Otherwise there is nothing that will be done about noise

Do not move here. You will never get a straight or consistent answer from the front office for anything, you will loose packages, you will be charged for everything they can charge you for, and your lease is essentially artificial-they changed mine in the middle of my lease to attempt to force me to change cable providers. Overpriced for everything.
