Tractor trailer driver here. I've been in the dock waiting to get unloaded and was the first person here this morning at 06:35. It took them 45 mis just to get started unloading me.
It's now one hour and forty five minutes and they have been in the trailer a few times.
Can't give them a good rating at all.
On a good note. The office lady was very nice.
